North Texas leasing help

Hi, I'm Christy.

I am based in Roanoke. I focus on Hillwood communities, and I can also help you look at other places when they fit you better. Tell me what you need. You do not have to pick a community first.

How she helps

A calm guide for a local search.

One person to write, a short list of towns, and a reply you can reread.

The places

Hillwood communities are where she focuses. If another community suits you better, she can help you look there too. You are welcome either way.

The manner

Kind, gentle, and patient. She goes the extra mile and leaves room for your questions. Thoughtful, concierge-style care inspired by fine hospitality.

The writing

Christy is an accomplished writer. Notes and emails are clear enough to reread.

Trust and warmth

She welcomes everyone equally.

Her Christian faith shapes her kindness. It is not a test for who she will help, and she does not steer by faith.

The next step

Tell her what you are looking for.

Your name and a way to reach you are enough. Mention a Hillwood community if one is on your mind, say if you are open to other places, or leave that blank.

A short note optional

A thank-you appears here only after the note is kept. This page does not book a tour, and it does not say when she will reply.

Plain facts

Send a note with the form. A thank-you shows on this page only after the note is kept.
No leasing license and no hospitality certification are claimed.
No reviews and no list of past leases are shown. Those are not on this page.
She is not presented as an employee or spokesperson for Hillwood or any other community owner. A community name on the form only says what you want to hear about.
Her public notary page says that business provides move coordination only. It is not a real estate broker or apartment locator. It does not find, show, or recommend homes, rentals, or neighborhoods, screen tenants, or accept referral fees. Source: afigimaenterprises.com/notary, read Nov 5, 2026.
The hero portrait is an edited photo she provided. It is not the notary-site image.

Notary

Notary work is separate from a leasing conversation.

Notary & Co. Texas is her mobile notary practice. It is separate from this leasing conversation.
The notary page says she is a Texas commissioned notary, bonded and insured, and that she notarizes in person in English and Spanish. There is no remote notarization.
It also lists a B.A. in English Literature from The University of Texas–Pan American. That is the writing background behind her clear notes.
The same page says she is not an attorney and does not give legal advice.
Notary phone published there: (817) 510-1485. Leasing questions on this page go through the form.
